Rovers Reserves ended their league campaign with a 1-0 home win over Swansea City.

In a game of few goalmouth opportunities, it was Rovers who grabbed the only goal of the game on 14 minutes when trialist Jonson Clarke-Harris glanced home a centre from Josh Morris. Moments earlier Swansea had struck the foot of the post from Ashley Richard's free-kick

Swansea saw claims for a penalty waved away just before the half hour when Ben Davies tangled with Jackson Ramm in the Rovers box, whilst at the other end Micah Evans lashed wide after a well-worked move.

Vince Grella played an hour on his return to action, the Australian impressing with a typically robust display in the centre of midfield.

The visitors fashioned chances of their own after the break, Rovers thankful to Seb Usai in goal as he made two important saves.

Ryan Humphreys and Darragh Lenihan both made their Reserve team debuts, Irishman Lenihan seeing a shot well saved in the closing stages.
