Following incidents before and during our recent away fixture against Bolton Wanderers involving disorder and the use of pyrotechnic devices by a minority of our travelling fans Blackburn Rovers reminds all spectators that it takes a very serious view of such behaviour and will work closely with the police to identify any person who is involved in these offences.

The club again wishes to highlight the dangers surrounding the discharge of pyrotechnic devices in that the emission of flames and smoke can cause alarm and distress to other spectators, together with the very real danger of serious burns being sustained by any person coming into contact with them.

Any supporters engaging in disorder or found to be in possession of pyrotechnic devices will be liable for a substantial ban by the club, irrespective of any other actions initiated by the police or courts.
