The Serbian international has completed a permanent transfer to the Ankara-based club after just a season with Rovers.
The 23-year-old arrived at Ewood Park last summer from Partizan Belgrade signing a four-year deal but he struggled to hold down a first team position.
In total he made 24 league and cup appearances during his time with Rovers.
