The stopper was in excellent form once more as Rovers earned themselves a replay after Sunday's goalless draw at the Den, but the 22-year-old feels that the tie at Ewood is still too close to call.
"I don't think you can say we are the favourites, not by any stretch of imagination, just because it is a cup-tie," said Kean.
"You could have said we were favourites against Peterborough but we found ourselves 3-0 down within 27 minutes.
'So I don't think anybody is going to look at us being the favourites just because we are at home. It is an FA Cup tie, anything can happen.
"The most important thing now is to make sure that we get into the semi-final.
"It is nice to still be in the cup but we've got to progress and we have got to beat Millwall on Wednesday."
Supporters are advised to get their tickets in advance of Wednesday's match as large queues are expected in the run-up to the 7.30pm kick-off.
Tickets are priced at £18 for Adults, £12 for Seniors/Students and £6 for Juniors under 16.
