Blackburn Rovers are saddened to learn of the death of former employee Nick Broad.
The 38-year-old died following a car crash in Paris, France.
Nick joined the football club from Birmingham City in 1999 as the club's nutritionist before moving onto Chelsea in 2006 to take up a similar position.
During his time at the Stamford Bridge club he worked with manager Carlo Ancelotti and it was Ancelotti who took him to Paris Saint-Germain as the club's head of performance in 2011.
Rovers would like to offer its condolences to Nick's family and friends at this sad time.
