Gary Bowyer is predicting more goals from Saturday's match winner Jason Lowe.

The Rovers midfielder struck his first goal in blue and white last weekend, a sensational 25-yard strike to down Middlesbrough at Ewood Park.

Bowyer believes Lowe's goal was just reward for the hard work and long hours spent on the training ground.

"It has been a long time coming," said the Rovers boss. "He epitomises everything that we are about and what a great lad he is that so many people took great joy in celebrating with him.

"He's been banging them in in training this week as well so the banter has continued.

"He's been doing a lot of hard work himself with Tony Grant on his finishing and all areas of his game.

"Now he's broke the duck I think he'll find himself in that position and won't think twice about having a pop in future."

Tickets for Saturday's match go off sale at Ewood Park at 4pm on Friday. Supporters should note that there are NO tickets on sale on the day of the game.
