Ladies handed home tie

Rovers Ladies will have a home draw in the third round of the FA Women’s Cup.

Gemma Donnelly’s side will host either Middlesbrough or Tranmere Rovers on Sunday February 9th, kick-off 2pm.

Rovers safely avoided a second round upset by beating lower league side Whitley Bay 1-0 at the weekend.

Middlesbrough will welcome Tranmere to Thornaby FC this weekend after Sunday’s scheduled fixture was postponed due to a frozen pitch.
