The teenage defender joined Rovers on a free transfer from Watford after a successful trial, with Kinder delighted as to how quickly he has settled into his new surroundings.
"I got a phone call from a contact of mine down south who said Aaron had been released from Watford and could we have a look at him," Kinder told Rovers Player
"He's impressed us with his attitude, he's quick as well and he's getting better and better.
"He's feeling more confident now that he's got his contract sorted out.
"He's a lovely kid, he comes in and gets on with his work and joins in with the banter and I'm really looking forward to working with him."
The Under-21s are back in action next Monday night when they face Sunderland at Eppleton Colliery Welfare Ground. The development squad's next home game is at Leigh Sports Village
on Friday 30th August against Arsenal.
