The 24-year-old has put pen-to-paper on a new deal that will keep him at Ewood Park until the summer of 2016.
"I'm delighted," Eastwood told Rovers Player
. "It is a good achievement for myself to stay at a club like this, so I'm looking forward to the future.
"I'd like to think that when I got in the team I did a good job. Right now Robbo is playing really well, but whenever I'm called upon I'm sure I'll be ready.
"There's me, Jake and Robbo training hard and pushing each other every single day. Everyone gets along with each other and we work well together, so it is good. I enjoy coming in every day."
A summer signing from Portsmouth, Eastwood has been Rovers' second-choice stopper for much of the season, but played a pivotal role over the busy festive period.
He made an outstanding save on his league debut against QPR, as Rovers kept their first away clean sheet of the season, and followed that up with further shutouts in two of the next three games.
He has made nine Rovers appearances in total.
