The second round tie will take place at Radcliffe Borough on Sunday October 21st, kick-off 2pm.
The two teams met at the same stage of the competition last year, with Rovers running out 4-3 winners thanks to a Hannah Forster hat-trick.
Scott Rogers’ side went on to claim the county crown for the eighth time in nine seasons against fellow seasiders Blackpool Wren Rovers in April.
