Henning Berg knows that his side will have to be at their best to defeat Huddersfield Town this evening.
Rovers go into the game off the back of their first away defeat this season so the game at the John Smith's Stadium offers the perfect chance to bounce back.
"They are a hard working team, Simon Grayson gets his teams working really hard so it is not going to be easy," admitted Berg.
"It is a game of good possibilities for us, I don't think they have fantastic individual players like Crystal Palace, but they are well organised, they work really really hard and they are a difficult team to play against, there is no doubt about that.
"So it is a challenge for us at the same time, we go there to do our best, we want to pick up three points, we have a good squad ourselves.
"There is no doubt that this is a game that we want to win."
Both Berg and Huddersfield manager Simon Grayson were both at Rovers for a brief spell, something the Rovers boss fondly remembers.
"I know Simon and he has always been a true professional," added the Norwegian.
"When he was here as a player when he didn't get into the team but he always behaved himself well and that is the true professional he is, you can see that in the teams he's managed.
"He's done well in his managerial career so far and his attitude rubs off on his teams, they are always hard working and honest and that is good for Simon Grayson.
"Huddersfield will be a difficult team to play, they give everything and they are well organised. So we'll have to improve."
