The 18-year-old striker has linked up with Garry Flitcroft's Magpies on a youth loan until February 10th.
A product of the Rovers' Academy, Haley has been with the club since the age of eight. Last season he was one of the stars of the Under-18s run to both the FA Youth Cup and Academy League finals.
He ended 2011-12 as the Academy's top scorer and this season he grabbed his first goal for the Reserves in a 2-0 win over West Bromwich Albion back in October.
Haley has been signed in time for Chorley's match against Blyth Spartans at Victory Park this Saturday.
