His stunning 25-yard strike that won the match against Middlesbrough back in November was the midfielder's first senior goal in a Rovers shirt, and was voted goal of the season by the club's supporters.
"It was obviously one goal and it ended up being the winner," said Lowe to Radio Rovers.
"It is a nice feeling and something I want to get better at is getting on the scoresheet, so I'll look to do more of that next season. But it is obviously nice to win the award.
"I've not seen it many times, I'd be lying if I said I hadn't seen it a few times, but it is obviously a nice strike, but I wouldn't have minded a few more if they were tap-ins.
"It was nice to get the three points and it be that goal."
