Having shored up the defence in recent weeks, Eric Black is determined to get Rovers scoring once more.
Under the Scotsman's tenure, Rovers have conceded just three goals in their last five games, but whilst that defensive rigidity is rightly welcomed, it has come at a cost to their goalscoring exploits with the same number of goals scored.
Now as Black prepares the team for Saturday's visit of Watford he knows that they need to be finding the back of the net with more regularity once more.
"We need to score more goals," said Black. "We need to win 26-27 games to get ourselves out of this division.
"It is pleasing that defensively we are starting to take shape, now we just need to start scoring goals as well.
"It is getting that balance, against Wednesday our balance looked good, a nice defensive shape and we'd 11 attempts in the first twenty minutes, but like everybody so, the second half was a little bit different so it is about trying to resolve that.
"The first goal in any game is obviously vital but that second goal would just give us that confidence, that little bit of belief to make the right pass or not to be hurried. It settles down supporters, without doubt it makes a massive difference.
"Lets hope we can get in that position like that on Saturday against Watford."
