The previously postponed match at Hotspur Park, Fulham's training ground, will now be played on Thursday March 14th, kick-off 1.00pm.
Before that Rovers will play the home match between the two sides and that has been brought forward a day to Sunday March 10th with a 1.00pm kick-off.
This match will be played at Ewood Park.
