Ex-Rovers strikers James Beattie and Mark Hughes will be in the opposition dug-out, with five friendlies finalised.
Rovers kick-off their summer schedule against Conference North champions AFC Telford United at The New Bucks Head Stadium on Saturday 12th July, kick-off 3.00pm.
The team then depart for a week-long warm weather training camp in Portugal, before returning for a match closer to home against Accrington Stanley at the Store First Stadium on Wednesday 23rd July, kick-off 7.45pm.
The game against James Beattie's side is being played as part of the compensation agreement agreed with Accrington Stanley for Connor Mahoney, who joined Rovers in December.
On Saturday 26th July, Rovers face Phil Parkinson's Bradford City at the Coral Windows Stadium, kick-off 3.00pm, and four days later, Bury provide the opposition, as Rovers visit the JD Stadium on Wednesday 30th July, kick-off 7.45pm.
Rovers end their pre-season preparations against Premier League opposition, as former boss Mark Hughes brings his Stoke City side to Ewood Park on Sunday 3rd August, kick-off 3.00pm.
The Potters ended the 2013-14 campaign a hugely creditable ninth place in the top flight and will provide stern opposition ahead of the start of the new Championship season the following Saturday, August 9th.
