Rovers fan Alex Kevill has scooped the top prize in David Dunn’s charity raffle.

The season ticket holder, from Preston, was the lucky winner of the boots Dunny wore when he scored the dramatic late equaliser in last season’s East Lancashire derby with Burnley.

Alex will be presented with them by the player himself at Rovers’ Senior Training Centre next week.

Kieran Cummins, also from Preston, won the signed shirt and Robert Conway, from Hampshire, will receive two Legends Lounge passes for the upcoming home game against league leaders Leicester.

The raffle raised over £1,000 for Dunny’s three chosen charities – HYPE of Blackburn, The John Bury Trust and Prostate Cancer UK (official charity partner of the Football League).

The Rovers ace said: “Thanks very much for the support that everyone has shown for the raffle. The response has been fantastic. It’s been a tremendous effort from everyone that’s bought a ticket. Myself and the three charities really appreciate it.”
