The Rovers captain, along with fellow central defender Grant Hanley, both made it a century of appearances as Rovers defeat Yeovil Town 1-0.
"I'm delighted, it is a nice milestone for myself and Grant," said the defender.
"So it is nice to cap that with three points away from home and I think we thoroughly deserved that."
Dann had little to do in the first half at Huish Park as Rovers laid siege to the Glovers' goal, but somehow the scores remained level.
The home side improved after the break, hitting the woodwork twice, but Jordan Rhodes' 13th goal of the season sealed victory for Rovers.
Dann added: "We went in at half time scratching our heads, we knew we needed to make sure we put those chances away or it could come back to haunt you.
"We knew we had to keep the pressure on in the second half and we still could have scored a number of goals in that half.
"When we went a goal up they were obviously still in the game, they hit the woodwork twice and made it a little bit difficult for ourselves at times by not taking our chances.
"But to come away from home in the Championship and take three points home is a good performance."
Dann and Rovers are back in action this Boxing Day when Sheffield Wednesday are the visitors to Ewood Park.
