Rovers were without Dickson Etuhu and Fabio Nunes for last Sunday's Burnley match, but with Etuhu having overcome illness and Fabio Nunes a hamstring strain, both could come into contention for the game against the npower Championship leaders.
With that just leaving long-term injury victim Leon Best and Nuno Gomes, who has a hamstring strain, absent, it gives Henning Berg plenty to ponder ahead of the Ewood Park encounter.
"Dickson has been training so he should be fine for the game on Friday," revealed.
"We are looking okay, it is nice to see David Dunn training again and Fabio Nunes as well, so we'll see who is going to be 100% fit on Friday.
"It is good that these players are all coming back to give us competition for places.
"That is what we need, we will play many games and we need all our players to be at their very very best going into this busy period of the season."
Tickets for Friday's 7.45pm match will be on open sale up until kick-off with prices starting from £15 for Adults, £10 for OAPs and £5 for Juniors. Book online today at www.onerovers.co.uk
