City at home for Rovers

Rovers have been handed Premier League opposition in the FA Cup draw made this Sunday.

Gary Bowyer's side will take on title chasing Manchester City at Ewood Park.

The two sides last met in the competition at the 6th round stage of the competition back in 2006/07. Rovers running out 2-0 winners at Ewood on that day thanks to goals from Aaron Mokoena and Matt Derbyshire.

Rovers would go on to reach the semi-final stage that season, only losing after extra-time to eventual winners Chelsea at Old Trafford.

City were finalists last season but lost 1-0 to Wigan Athletic.
