The Rovers boss has brought in Alan Judge from Notts County, Millwall's Chris Taylor and Simon Eastwood from Portsmouth.
Attacker Judge joins on a three-year deal, whilst midfielder Taylor and goalkeeper Eastwood have signed two-year contracts with the club.
Speaking to Rovers Player
about his early summer signings, Gary Bowyer said: "I've known Judger from youth days, he's got fantastic energy. He will be someone that the fans will relate to, he epitomises what they want. His hard work and his energy is phenomenal.
"He's got the ability to score goals and create goals, which if you look at last season's goal tally and where the goals came from, we need more people to contribute thats for sure."
On Taylor, Bowyer added: "Chris is someone I've seen a lot of when he was at Oldham when I was going and watching Lowey when he was out on loan there.
"I was surprised that nobody took him at that time but he obviously got his break with Millwall.
"He brings great flexibility in the sense that he can play in a variety of positions, as can Judge, again he is someone that creates and score goals.
"He was very impressive in the cup games against us and for me personally I saw that he has made the step up from League One with Oldham and can compete at that level.
"Again he'll be one that the fans will really appreciate."
Rovers also brought in young goalkeeper Simon Eastwood: "Simon is someone that our goalkeeping coach John Keeley knows really well. He worked with him down at Portsmouth last season and rates him highly.
"He'll provide us with good competition in the goalkeeping position with Jake and Robbo."
