After Ruben Rochina tasted league action for the first time since the opening day in the draw against Reading, Rovers will also now have DJ Campbell available again after he served the last of his three-match ban at the weekend.
"We'll have DJ back from suspension and Ruben, once he gets the correct footwear on, will be better for another week's training as well," Bowyer told Radio Rovers.
"It is good, it gives us options, so perhaps that is the missing ingredient. We'll be working hard to get more creativity in and around the final third and having these two back helps towards this.
"We'll be working very hard on the training pitch to get that final pass, we've just got to keep plugging away and keep working hard.
"I'm a great believer that you earn the luck and I think that is just all that is missing a little bit."
The Rovers boss has called upon the home supporters to give great backing against a Leeds United side that will have a large following at Ewood.
"I've been told that Leeds have sold 6500 tickets already so it is going to be like a cup final and that is how we'll be treating it with the build-up all week," added the Rovers boss.
"Our fans get behind the team and it is always appreciated. For the fans next week it is going to be a big challenge for them as they are going to have to drown out the Leeds fans."
Tickets for Saturday's match are currently on sale to database members priced from £19 Adults, £12 Seniors and £7 Juniors. Book online today at www.onerovers.co.uk
