Should Scott Dann lead Rovers out on the final day of the season later today it would mean he has started every single Rovers game this season.

As we approach the last match the team captain has been an ever-present for Rovers, starting in all league and cup matches this campaign.

After a stop-start first season with the football club Dann is delighted to have remained fit throughout 2012-13.

"I've just been happy to stay fit and be available for every game," said the defender.

"It obviously takes it's toll at certain times of the season and you just have to try and grind through it.

"At Birmingham I had a bad injury and I was out for the last four months in the last season I was there, and that hampered with my first season here and off the back of that I had some niggly injuries after that so I never ended up being fully fit throughout the whole of last season.

"So that was the main objective for me last summer was to come back really fit in pre-season and make sure I was as fit as I possibly could be to be fit for all the games."
